Do Not Call and consent revocation
How to stop hearing from us, in every channel. No explanation required and no attempt to talk you out of it.
Text messages
Reply STOP to any text message from us. That takes effect immediately and automatically. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
Phone calls
Call (762) 226-8566 and ask to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, or tell the agent during any call. You do not need to give a reason. The request is recorded and applies to every number we hold for you.
Revoking consent you previously gave
If you submitted a form on this website you gave express written consent to be contacted, including by automated means. You can revoke that consent at any time by any reasonable method: replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or asking in writing. Revoking consent does not affect any policy you already hold, and we will still service that policy.
Our internal list
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list separately from the national registry. A request to us is honoured regardless of whether your number appears on the National Do Not Call Registry, and we retain the record so the request is not lost.
The national registry
You can add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the phone you want registered. That is a separate list run by the federal government, and registering there does not automatically remove you from any company's internal list.
Recorded calls
As a Third Party Marketing Organization, calls with beneficiaries about Medicare Advantage and Part D plans are recorded and retained as CMS requires. You will be told at the start of a call. If you would rather not be recorded, the call cannot continue, and Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE can help you instead.
